From start to finish, the experience was outstanding.They arrived on time, communicated clearly, and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The craftsmanship is impeccable — every tile is perfectly aligned, the grout lines are clean and even, and the finished product looks like it belongs in a high-end design magazine.
What impressed me most was the attention to detail. Jonathan didn’t cut corners (except the ones that actually needed cutting!) and made sure every surface was level, every pattern matched, and every edge was polished. You can tell they take real pride in their work.
On top of that, Jonathan was friendly, respectful of my home, and left the workspace spotless each day. The project was completed on schedule and within budget, which is rare and refreshing.
